As an owner-controlled firm with 270 employees, we have been successful in the area of customer relations since 1996. We manage complex business processes for our prominent premium customers. Our main areas of concentration lie in comprehensive processes of creating customer loyalty (CRM), reacquisition of previous customers, back office service and credit management.
